Fertility Treatment Success Stories

Female Infertility Success Stories

Many of the women who come to Ojas Ayurved have already spent years navigating irregular cycles, unexplained conception delays, or a diagnosis that felt like a dead end. Their reports commonly show low AMH and diminished ovarian reserve, PCOD/PCOS, blocked fallopian tubes, endometriosis, recurrent implantation failure, or repeated miscarriage – and a fair number arrive after one or more unsuccessful IVF or IUI cycles

The stories below are from patients who chose Ayurvedic treatments at at our Surat clinics, combining constitutional assessment, Panchakarma therapies such as Uttar Basti, and personalised herbal formulations. Each experience is individual, and outcomes vary from person to person.

Male Infertility Success Stories

Male-factor infertility accounts for roughly half of all cases, yet it is often the last thing investigated. The men featured below came to Ojas Ayurved with semen analysis reports showing low sperm count (oligospermia), poor motility (asthenozoospermia), abnormal morphology (teratozoospermia), high DNA fragmentation, or azoospermia – sometimes alongside varicocele or hormonal imbalance.

Their treatment plans focused on Shukra dhatu and reproductive tissue health through Panchakarma detoxification, Vajikarana rasayana therapy, and lifestyle correction around sleep, heat exposure, and diet. Responses differ from case to case, and every plan here was built around that individual’s reports.

Frequently Asked Questions About Ayurvedic Infertility Treatment

Q1. How long does Ayurvedic infertility treatment usually take?

Most treatment plans run three to six months, because Ayurvedic therapy works by correcting the underlying dosha imbalance and rebuilding reproductive tissue rather than stimulating a single cycle. Cases involving low AMH, azoospermia, or long-standing PCOD often need longer. Your doctor will give you a realistic timeline after reviewing your reports at the first consultation.

Q2. Can Ayurveda help after a failed IVF or IUI cycle?

Yes, many patients at Ojas Ayurved come to us after one or more unsuccessful ART cycles. Treatment in these cases usually focuses on improving egg and sperm quality, uterine receptivity, and overall reproductive health — whether you plan to conceive naturally or attempt another IVF cycle later. Results vary depending on age, diagnosis, and how long infertility has persisted.

Q3. Is Ayurvedic treatment safe to take alongside allopathic fertility medication?

In most cases it can be, but it must be supervised. Always tell your Ayurvedic doctor exactly which medications, hormones, or supplements you are on, and keep your gynaecologist or fertility specialist informed as well. Never stop a prescribed medication on your own.

Q4. What happens in the first consultation, and what should I bring?

The first consultation covers a detailed history, Nadi Pariksha (pulse diagnosis), and a constitutional assessment. Please bring any recent reports you have — semen analysis, AMH, hormonal panel, ultrasound or follicular study, HSG, and records of any previous IVF or IUI cycles. This lets us build the plan around your actual diagnosis instead of guesswork.

Q5. Do you treat male infertility, and does the partner need to come along?

Yes, we treat both male and female infertility, and we strongly recommend both partners attend the first consultation. Male factor contributes to roughly half of all infertility cases, so evaluating only one partner leaves an incomplete picture. Couples can consult at our Katargam or Adajan clinics, or book an online consultation if travelling is difficult.
